Terms and conditions (Terms of use) of krishidisha.in By using the krishidisha mobile application platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Application," "App," or www.krishidisha.in website), owned and operated by Propikr Infratech Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Sushant shopping arcade, Sushant Lok-1, Gurgaon-122009, Haryana India (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following user agreement, terms, privacy policy and disclaimer.
The mobile application “krishidisha.in” is the Digital marketing and knowledge service platform for agriculture technology promotion, smart farming, startups promotion, food processing & MSME set up advisory, consulting, marketing, advertising, promotions, owned and operated by Propikr Infratech Private Limited, (www.propikr.com), the company, dedicated to provide visitors or users the Website with a highly interactive and constructive experience in business consulting, engineering infrastructure development advisory, real estate project management, investment advisory, sales, marketing, finance, investment, digital marketing, communication, training, skill development, Events, business management and other industry related activities, products & services with the object to contribute significantly for the overall growth of farmers income.
”User": Is defined as an individual, firm or corporate subscriber for the Services and the signatory, whose particulars are contained in any of the application form and includes his successors and permitted assignees. Propikr respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement are aware of any infringing material placed by any third party on the Website, please contact our office contact@propikr.com

Minors
Children below 18 years of age are strictly not permitted to use the krishidisha apps & Web Sites Protecting the online privacy of children is especially important to us. By accessing the site, providing us with any of your personal information, you’ll be representing and warranting that you are 18 or older and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and are eligible to apply. If you are under 18 years old, please do not register to provide us with your name, contact details or any other information about yourself. If we reasonably come to know a user to be under 18, we may need to remove their details provided by them from our site and our records without any communication.

Registration and Account Security
The users of krishidisha.in mobile application and website at any form shall provide correct details about their legal name, email, correct address, mobile numbers, subject and other relevant information to keep it update always through users account. The account shall not be transferable. Every effort will be made to share knowledge by various successful farmers and experts; however, this will not be recognized as a condition for accuracy, success or financial gains. Certain areas of the krishidisha app may require registration or may otherwise ask you to provide information to participate in certain features like Sign up, My account profile, events, community forums, referral, progressive groups or access certain content. If you become a member, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, you will not sell, transfer or assign your membership or any membership rights to any individual or firms. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your devices so that others may not access, using your name in whole or in part. It is advisable to use alpha numeric powerful password with various characters.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install this Application. Please note that the Terms of Use may change from time to time without any prior notice. We encourage you to review them periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Application indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. There are fair chances of variations in the English version of text and other languages translated version through AI, translator platforms or internet. Please note that in case of any discrepancy between the English version and versions in other languages of these Terms of Use, blogs, notices or any other text the English version shall prevail.

Cancellation of membership
The Company may verify the details you provided, and if any information is found to be false or misleading, or if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to deny your access to the Application and cancellation of your membership without any prior notice.

The documents prepared on the basis of study & advice received, may vary from person to person, based on facts of such case. The Services Available “AS-IS"

The company, its Directors, associates, employees, affiliates, representatives, and licensors make no warranties, and expressly disclaim any warranties, regarding the completeness, accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the application or the information provided through the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. The application’s services are provided with the understanding that neither krishidisha (propikr), nor its associates are offering any legal services.

We disclaim absolutely and neither responsible nor answerable for the third party link websites advertisers, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, associates, affiliates, service providers, financers, farmers, individuals or all other types of companies, users, registered listed professionals, payment gateways, investors, collaborators, banks, experts, mentors, directories, resources shall be answerable for their websites, accuracy, usefulness, completeness whatsoever. Propikr and krishidisha or its management has no responsibility for these third-party websites, which are governed by their respective Terms of Use and privacy policies, if any, of the applicable third-party content providers. You are solely responsible for your use of any third-party websites or resources.

International Users
The Website is controlled, operated and administered by propikr from its offices within India. propikr makes no representation on materials or the Content available through the apps & Website are appropriate or available for use outside India and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local rules including but not limited to rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. If you access the apps & Website from a location outside India, you are fully responsible for compliance with all local laws, regulations & policies and you are agreeing and bind with Indian Laws and will strictly follow our terms of use and privacy policy.

Advertisements & Display Materials
Our goal is to deliver advertising and other commercial or sponsored content that is valuable to our users and advertisers. In order to help us to do that, you agree to the following:
Advertisers and respective brands, companies will be fully responsible and accountable, ensure that all ads materials including contents, pictures, video, logo, design to be owned, accurate, clear, legal, free from any controversy and full compliance of local and international laws. You give us permission to use your name, profile picture, content, and information in connection with commercial, sponsored, or related content served or enhanced by us. Advertisers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Special Offers
The Offers, discounts & Promotions shall be advertising by our apps or respective companies, brand owners, product manufacturers, dealers and service providers as mentioned in their listing. The offers can be cancelled without any prior intimation. Propikr, krishidisha cannot take any guarantee on the successful execution & delivery of such offers. The advertisers will be fully responsible so it is seriously suggested to list the offers which you can deliver successfully to the satisfaction of users. The users contact directly to advertisers for any clarifications or complaints. The company retains the right to audit and terminate benefits, if the referral is found to be fraudulent.

Modification
krishidisha shall have right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove terms of this agreement at any time without notice. We reserve the right to remove any content posted on the apps & website at any time for any reason. Changes shall be effective immediately. You will be automatically bound by these modifications when you use this site, and should periodically read the Terms and conditions, privacy policy. You agree to review this agreement periodically since subsequent use by you of the Website shall constitute your acceptance of any changes.

Payment Terms
• The Payment for Membership subscription, advertisement, sponsorship, advisory, exhibition, conference and other services with applicable taxes and transaction charges.
• Our sales team will calculate the total invoice amount as per your requirement and communicate the Proforma invoice to registered email.
• Payment to be made by Cheque / Bank Draft / Credit Card / Debit card / Internet banking / UPI / E wallet. All payments by cheque or bank draft denominated in Indian rupees or US dollars and issued in favour of "Propikr Infratech Pvt. Ltd." Payable at Gurgaon.
• Any special offers, discounts & Promotions can be cancelled without any prior intimation.
• Form 16 should be provided by any events participants to us within 30 days for any TDS.
All the advertising materials in soft copy to be provided by the respective advertiser at least 30 days before the publication. The users, members, advertisers, brands, companies must read the terms & conditions and make the payment on full satisfaction about our services which is not refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. The user should strictly follow the payment security norms, confidentiality and care during operations. Any problem arises due to fund transfer through payment gateways, banks, wallets, credit cards, debit cards, Upi, mobile apps, internet banking or others modes shall not be our responsibility. The users may contact to respective service providers, payment gateway, banks or financial Institutions for any clarifications, transactions, fund transfers or complication in payments and financial matters. The decision with regard to purchase of any materials, plants, equipment or any kind of accessories or any of the services by relying on this app is solely at buyer’s risk, cost and consequences. The company (krishidisha, Propikr) does not warrant the accuracy, approvals, availability, quality, completeness or suitability of the contents, images, materials or the reliability of any offerings by the Vendors.

Refund policy
All the payments made for membership, advertisement, sponsorship, training or any kind of events participation fee shall be non-refundable. In case of cancellation of any event, the applicable amount of refund can be paid back to the original source of payment within two weeks. Prohibited Actions 
 User is restrained from allowing any person other than the authorized person(s) named in the application form to use the Service
 The User undertakes not to resell or assign his/her rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions. User also agrees not to make any unauthorized commercial use of the Service.
 The video, shorts, images, blogs or any kind of text material should be originally belonging to contributors, free from any controversy, free from copy right violation and fully legal material.
 The User shall use the Service only for the purpose for which it is subscribed
.  The User shall comply with all applicable laws (and shall not contravene any applicable law) of India relating to the Services, including any regulation made pursuant thereto.
 The User shall not print, download, duplicate or otherwise copy, delete, vary or amend or use any data or personal information posted by any User on kishidisha app & website.
 The User shall not use the Service for any unlawful purpose including without limitation criminal purposes.
 The Service shall not be used to send or receive any message, which is offensive on moral, religious, racial or political grounds or of an abusive, indecent, obscene, defamatory or menacing nature.
 The User or contributors shall give out to the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-license able (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights, in any existing or future media, known or unknown, over the material or User Data displayed in your listings.
 The visitors, speakers, professionals, staff members, vendors or any officials are sincerely advised to maintain discipline, respectful and peaceful decorum during any events or discussions.

Data Retention After Account Closure
If you wish to close your krishidisha account, please send a request to contact@propikr.com. We may retain your information in our database as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with services. The retention and use of your information will only be to the extent required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Discrepancy
If you find any content on this Application to be incorrect, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms, please inform us by emailing contact@propikr.com

No responsibility
Propikr, or its management, directors, employee, associates, partners, affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any kind of financial loss that result from the use of krishidisha app. You specifically acknowledge and agree that propikr is not liable for any conduct of any user, quality, accuracy, authenticity, ownership of content, completeness, usefulness of the content, submissions, uploads, images, shorts, video etc provided by any user, member, creators, company, advertisers, partners, affiliates, associates, sponsors, institutions, corporate or professionals. Any kind of farm produce, Crops results depend on several factors including soil, weather, seed quality and farmer practices. The app does not guarantee any specific crop yield, productivity, or financial outcome. The information provided in this app is for general guidance only and should not be considered as professional agricultural advice. Weather data sourced from third-party APIs. Weather forecasts and advisories are indicative and may not be fully accurate. Pest and disease management suggestions are general in nature. Users must consult local experts before applying chemicals. Market prices displayed are from third party online sources are indicative and may differ based on quality, demand, location, and time. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, directors, and agents from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from your use of the Application or from claims made by third parties. You acknowledge that neither the Company nor its directors, affiliates, officers, or representatives shall be liable for any costs, damages, liabilities, or consequences arising from your use of the Application. We do not control or guarantee the quality, security, or legality of information and are not responsible for it in any way. We reserve the right to restrict access to the application for users who fail to provide necessary information as required. We are not responsible for any errors on our pages or any links provided on them. We do not endorse any advertisements presented by third parties on the application. We do not represent the content, quality, suitability, functionality, or legality of any linked sites, and you agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from such sites or their content.

Force Majeure, Maintenance & Shut down 
The Company may at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason whatsoever at any time deactivate or/and suspend the User’s access to krishidisha and/or the Services (as the case may be) without notice to carry out system maintenance shutdown or/and upgrading or/and testing or/and repairs or/and other related work. The operations of application may also be inactive due to Force Majeure including Natural calamities, pandemic, war, flood, fire, internet failure or any kind of Government restrictions. Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or/and damage or/and costs or/and expense as a result of such deactivation or/and suspension.

The cookies are small text files stored by the browser on user’s computer hard drive, mobile or any other device to enable the loading of site and to improve the user’s experience on our apps &websites.

Propikr respects the intellectual property of others. If you found that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement are aware of any infringing material placed by any third party on the App or Website, please communicate our office by email: contact@propikr.com We authorize the use of content protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual and proprietary rights (“Rights”) only in accordance with the application, its terms of use, and applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws, unless otherwise instructed. You may not copy or distribute any content contained in the application without the written permission of the rights holder. The copyright and all intellectual property rights in krishidisha mobile app & website are owned by Propikr Infratech Private Limited. By continuing to use krishidisha.in apps & website you acknowledge that the material is protected by applicable Indian laws. All content and functionality on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, ppt, video, shorts and images and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of propikr. Nobody is authorized to use Apps & Website Materials until otherwise authorized by prior official written specific permission. The permission granted under this paragraph may not be transferred, sublicensed or assigned, and any attempted transfer, sublicense or assignment shall be null and void. Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this sites are the property of Propikr Infratech Private Limited. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
This terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable agricultural and IT laws.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of this app shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration under Indian law. Courts at Gurgaon, haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Amicable Settlement
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this mobile application, services, content, or transactions (“Dispute”), the parties shall first attempt to resolve the Dispute amicably through mutual discussions within 30 days from the date of written notice of the Dispute.

Arbitration
If the Dispute is not resolved amicably, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by our company. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on all parties

Jurisdiction
The mobile application and website is controlled and operated by a company located in Gurgaon, the state of Haryana, India. Users accessing the application from other locations do so at their own discretion and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of this application and website.
